Eligibility Criteria for Positions at a Progressive Public Sector Organization
1. Assistant Manager (IT/Software)
- Education:
- BE/BSc in Computer or IT Engineering with 1st Division
- OR BCS/BIT/BSE (4-Year Degree) with 1st Division or an equivalent qualification
- OR MCS/MIT with 1st Division after a 2-year Bachelor’s Degree
- OR MCS after a 4-year BCS or MSc in Engineering (Computer/IT) with 1st Division
- Experience: Prior experience in IT or software-related work is preferred.
- Skills Required: Good command over IT systems and software development, understanding of different programming languages, and ability to work well with technology.
2. Assistant Manager (Electrical/Electronics)
- Education:
- BE/BSc in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 1st Division
- OR MS/MSc in the relevant field with 1st Division
- Experience: Relevant work experience is preferred.
- Skills Required: Strong understanding of electrical and electronics principles, good troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with industry standards.
3. Tech-III (Electrical)
- Education: Matric with Science (minimum of 50% marks, 2nd Division)
- Experience:
- 6 years of relevant experience with a 1-year technical course in technical work or drafting
- OR 5 years of relevant experience without a technical course
- Skills Required: Practical skills in electrical work, hands-on technical knowledge, and familiarity with basic electrical tools and equipment.
Additional Notes:
All degrees must be from HEC/PEC-recognized institutions. Candidates can have only one 2nd Division (with at least 50% marks) from Matric onwards in their academic record. No 3rd Division is allowed at any level.

- Degrees/diplomas must be from HEC/PEC-recognized institutions.
- For O/A-Levels, candidates must provide equivalence certificates from the Inter Board Coordination Commission (IBCC).
- For foreign degrees, an equivalency certificate from HEC is mandatory.
Additional Requirements
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years as of November 11, 2024.
- Experience: Only experience acquired after the required degree completion date will be considered.
- Current Government Employees: Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.
- Selection: Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee shortlisting; the organization may shortlist based on qualification and experience if many applicants apply.
